Get Your Data
Every major platform is legally required to give you a copy of your data. Most take less than 2 minutes to request.
Almost every app you've ever used has a copy of your data waiting for you. Even if it's not listed here, search "[app name] data export" or check your account privacy settings. If they have your data, they're required to give it back.

Go to
takeout.google.com. Select all or choose specific services. Click Export.Instagram
Settings > Accounts Center > Your information and permissions > Export your information.
ChatGPT
Settings > Data Controls > Export Data. You'll get an email with a download link.
Facebook
Settings > Accounts Center > Your information and permissions > Download your information.

Settings > Your Account > Download an archive of your data.
